We're seeking a proactive Coordinator, Occupational Health and Safety, to support the implementation of our OHS Management System and help create a safe and inclusive work environment across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with managers, supervisors and Health & Safety teams to deliver practical OHS support, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support development and delivery of annual OHS plans.
  • Provide advice on hazard identification, risk assessment and incident reporting.
  • Conduct inspections, audits and regular risk assessments.
  • Monitor and follow-up corrective actions for hazards, near misses and injuries.
  • Coordinate OHS projects such as manual handling, noise, slips/trips/falls and working at heights.
  • Support and guide Health & Safety Representatives and Safety Officers.
  • Maintain OHS records and analyse incident and injury data.
  • Assist with Return‑to‑Work plans and WorkCover claim processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of conduct and organisational policies.
